Dan Green is the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of GlobalTech Corp (GLTK). Since December 2017, Dan has been at the helm, driving strategic initiatives and overseeing day-to-day operations.

With a distinguished career spanning over four decades, Dan has held pivotal roles in various industries. He has been associated with Entrada Enterprises LLC, whereby he was managing oil and gas properties, gas plants, and a regulated gas transmission pipeline. Additionally, Dan has held directorial positions at prominent companies like Satview Broadband Ltd and Pacific Energy and Mining, Inc., where he contributed to their growth and success.

Dan's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at CF Green Corporation and WENR Corp, where he served as Chairman, President, and Vice President of Engineering, respectively. He has been directly responsible for acquisitions of software and Internet development companies. He has also piloted numerous “reverse-merger” acquisitions. He has also worked with market makers, investment bankers, investment relations and shareholders to bring value to various publicly traded companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mineral Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, providing him with a solid foundation in engineering principles.
